While we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase, we do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, we do offer refunds within 30 days of your purchase under certain conditions.

- The product must have arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- You must provide clear photo or video evidence showing the issue with the product.
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times. Please note that we do not offer refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.
